My background lies in the form of solid design experience for print and print collateral in Australia, the UK and South Africa. I have worked on consumer magazines such as CLEO, COSMOPOLITAN, DOLLY, HARPER'S & QUEEN in Australia and at the Associated Magazines stable in South Africa where I art directed COSMO, FEMINA, HOUSE AND LEISURE, BRIDES & HOMES, as well as freelancing for others such as MARIE CLAIRE, BABY & ME and WOW (Woman On Wheels). I also have many years of photo art direction experience.

 

I have also had experience in school learner publications, a rewarding design diversion. Pitching for lucrative educational  books and designing training setworks for the department of education, Image research, photo editing, photography, poster design and collation of records of high res images, as well as liasing with publishers and editors were some of the tasks. The results were beautiful educational setworks.

Most recently I have been freelancing for Independent News, designing from scratch Property 360, Simply Green and Home Improver which are all digital publications.
